What are the age groups accepted at your nursery?

We typically accept children from 8 weeks old, ensuring age appropriate care and activities.

What are your operating hours?

Our nursery operates from 7:30 to 18:00 on weekdays, 51 weeks of the year.

Is there a registration fee, and what are the daily fees?

Yes, we have a registration fee which is currently set at £55, our fees vary depending on the session required, please see our fees page for more information.

How do you ensure child safety and security?

We have comprehensive safety protocols in place, including secure entry systems, rigorous recruitment process including background checks and an enhanced DBS for all staff and an in depth training program for all staff.

Do you offer ad hoc sessions?

Yes, we offer the flexibility of ad hoc sessions, a month’s notice of these sessions is required and can only be offered if the space within the ratios is available.

Can I visit the nursery before enrolling my child?

Absolutely! We encourage parents to schedule a visit to our nursery to meet our staff, explore our learning opportunities, and get a feel for our nurturing environment.

Are meals provided, and do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks. We can accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and halal diets.

How can I communicate with my child’s key workers and stay updated on their progress?

We have an open communication policy, and parents can easily connect with their child’s key worker and/or management through our Famly app, Face-to-face or via telephone. We also provide regular progress reports and parent consultations.

What are your policies for sick days and absences?

Please refer to our sickness and illness policy for guidance on when to keep your child home. We have a clear attendance policy, and we appreciate parents notifying us in advance of absences.

Do you offer any sibling discounts or financial assistance programs?

Yes, we offer a 10% sibling discount and government funding packages, please see our fees page for terms and conditions.
