Our Story

Welcome to Jelly Beans Day Nursery! Kelly is the proud owner of our family-run nursery located on Albert Street in Stapleford.

As a working parent herself, Kelly understands the importance of finding excellent childcare with excellent practitioners. Kelly started Jelly Beans Childcare in 2015, initially from her family home. In 2018, Kelly, along with her husband Jay expanded to create Jelly Beans Day Nursery, a home-from-home environment where children and parents alike feel welcomed and loved.

At Jelly Beans, we believe in nurturing children’s exploration and curiosity. Our calming and warm environment encourages imagination and play, fostering development and learning. With our team’s dedication, we have created a beautiful setting where children can truly be themselves and grow.

We offer a caring and stable environment, embedding our curriculum from birth giving children the foundations required to move onto school from the age of 5 years. Our nursery is designed to stimulate creativity and exploration, using a variety of resources whilst having the space to free flow.

We also work closely with local schools and early years specialists at Nottinghamshire County Council to ensure smooth transitions when it’s time for nursery graduates to enter reception years.
